Fireball ring of fire rides. I think open train is better because you have an un obstructed view and you feel safer yet its still thrilling with the over the shoulder restraints. This larson giant loop attraction stands 73 foot tall and sends riders head over heels six times three forward three backward and the eighth one to open at a six flags park in the past two years. The predecessor to ring of fire was super loops which debuted in the 1970s. Ring of fire then debuted in the 80s giving the ride a more thrilling theme.

Thats just my opinion. Super loops is nearly identical to ring of fire only with a few mechanical and cosmetic differences. Used the gopro hero3 black camera to capture this. Its also alot quieter i think.

The ring of fire is a fair midway ride that takes you upside and around inside a circle. Also some owners of the older ring of fire rides have had the caged train replaced with the new fire ball train. Ring of fire is the second generation of looping rides by larson. Several variations of each exist.

The fireball trains open trains give a much better view than the ring of fire cages.
